The best auto repair shop. I just took my BMW for an oil change. Great service and very knowledgeable service-oriented People. My husband has used them for several years for all the BMW's we ever owned. We will not take our cars to anyone else. Thank you, Carroll Autowerks.
RecommendedI had my first experience with Carroll Autowerks last week and it was great! Very professional and they took great precautions during this quarantine time. We have a BMW and it’s hard to find places that do good work. We will go back for sure and they also take cars that aren’t BMW and we have two teen drivers as well who need oil changes. So glad I found them.
I've been servicing my cars with Scott and his guys for close to 10 years now. They're honest, fair, and couldn't be nicer people to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
Cannot say enough good things about Carroll Autowerks. They did an amazing job and were both informative and approachable throughout the process. In my experience, it's rare to find a repair shop where the team is not only skilled, but also empathetic and understanding throughout the repair process. It's a pain to have to get a car repaired but these guys almost made it fun. You won't find anyone better in Jacksonville.

they correctly diagnosed the issues with my x3, fixed the issue very quickly and economically; I hope I don't have to see them again anytime soon but if I need another repair I'll be back, I think they did a great job!!
I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this repair shop. They truly care about every customer that walks in and gives you the best deal possible to make sure you walk out satisfied. I’ve been going here since I got my 328i and have only walked away feeling happy. Scott, you have a wonderful staff and business. Highly recommend this place.
