The location is great and the apartments themselves are decent. However, there are several issues. The water frequently has a strong unpleasant odor, especially if you return after being away for a few days—it can smell like a sewer. Communication with management is also frustrating, as emails often go unanswered or responses are delayed and sometimes misleading. At move-out, the charges can be surprisingly high.
