Unfortunately, I did not learn my lesson by reading the reviews before I applied to this horrible management company. Attempted to move into two of their properties and the unit was not ready on each of the move in dates. Minimal provisions were made for the inconvenience and no compromise whatsoever for the screw ups on their end. I will be contacting the BBB if I do not get my application fee returned. Can’t be trusted! Stole my security deposit and lied about returning it despite being confronted with statements proving otherwise. Sue from resident relations at corporate, while nice, was very unhelpful for this problem and ledgers were not provided despite frequent requests. Now I am at the point where calls and e-mails are unanswered by them and their corporate office. I would not trust them or recommend to live in any of their properties!
Stacey decker the leasing agent at the Orlando Arium Valencia gardens location is very condescending & rude. She treated my disabled son in a very nasty way refused his money & move in after acceptance and lease signing.discrimination at its finest
This company tried to overcharge me an additional $50 on my move out statement. I had to go back and forth over email to get it resolved. I can’t imagine how many people overpay because they don’t review their bill closely, very deceptive business practice.
This property management company has no regard for its residents or it’s staff. The complex I have lived in for a year CLEARLY got rid of all the outstanding employees and replaced them with soulless drones. Arium is the worst apartments in all of Ga. This company facilitate in scamming, fraud, and is full of liars. Do not lease at any complex managed by Carroll
