I bought a urus from here and the process was smooth. Team was great especially Frank in the finance department. I wanted other cars months ago but dealerships just hard pulled my credit and didn’t get me approved saying they would. Frank had it done in 30 minutes with a great rate. Absolute wizard. Great people.
I found an interesting car — no price listed, apparently waiting for someone to “make an offer.” I reached out to ask for the price. The next day, Brian replied asking for my details. I am an excited customer who traveled from Arkansas to Miami because I trusted this dealer, but it really is garbage. I bought a car from them. They told me the car was perfect. I flew there. They had me sign the papers quickly and told me they would fix the car's problems when they shipped it back to Arkansas. The car wasn't fixed, and then I realized why it was in such bad shape: they had rolled back the odometer. I do not recommend buying any car from thisdealership.
