Worse title company that we work with.
Extremely dysfunctional. Everyone has a VP title to make them feel important I suppose, but those titles go hand in hand with power trips and they were making up rules as they go. When pressed to cite the laws or regulations that they stated they had to follow, they could not, because there were none. After pressing them for reasons that something couldn't be done, I called a higher up who immediately said no problem, we can do that ! This was after three days of fighting.
