Sam has went far and beyond to help me understanding the documents I needed. Very thurow. He voice and choice of words are very calming at this nervious time. For me. I'm a senior citizen. I don't hear or see as good as I once did. I have just enjoyed her taking time for me with all those questions I have had I would rate Sam with a 10 for sure. She should be training the new ones that come aboard. Excellent customer service. A +
This review is for Vylla Title; which is owned by Carrington and it’s terrible. Do not let Auction.com force you into using this company. This is a cash closing, that my normal title company would have closed in two weeks. It’s been over a month and I still can’t even get a settlement statement from them. Someone is always out of the office. I’ve now been passed off to a third person in an attempt to close on this property. Terrible company. Will not be doing business with them again.
