First, the apartment is really nice. The property is beautiful as well. We had a tour at noon, our tour didn’t start for a half hour as no one was there to tour us. The worst part was definitely arriving to the leasing office. There was an employee sitting at the table right when we walked in who was on his phone taking a call. We were greeted quickly but then it was silence towards us while we just walked around the office waiting. Erica was great. She had to help us in the door as we couldn’t manage the door code. Embarrassing moment, but we will recover. She also accommodated us by letting us come back later to ask some questions, let us take another look at the model and showed us another unit to boot. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and had a homey feel.
