Carrington pump and irrigation came out about three years ago to install electric pump system for my business. I was told to have maintenance done in three years and here we are trying to reach them over and over again and have not received a call back. The warning unit box is buzzing like crazy and I’ve tried everything to shut it off nothing has worked.
The alarm on our pump started going off one weekend and they squeezed us in Monday morning before their first appointment. They were very knowledgeable and explained what was going on as well as how to upkeep our pump. We will definitely be using them for all upkeep and any issues the pump may have in the future.
