UCF Student here, I moved here because I was offered a reasonable price from my landlord and I needed a quick place to move into. Worst decision. The amount of termites in that place is surreal. The first night I slept there, my bed was covered in termites. The lady in the office is mean and barely ever there. If you're a parent looking for a place for your student, avoid this, it is an incredibly dangerous area, my female roommate got followed into the parking lot once. Terrible complex , when i first moved here there was double homicide!!! last year another homicide that led the victim to my front door. Now someone broke into my car and the office management still hasn’t reviewed any footage which was the last straw. Definitely don’t recommend terrible place !!!! AND HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT
Can't beat location - close to everything. Family oriented. The amenities are good at this rental price point.
