I recently visited Carrington Optometry for an eye exam and had a mixed experience. The doctor was very friendly and provided a clear and detailed examination, which I greatly appreciated. However, the pre-exam process with imaging was unprofessional. There was little to no guidance, particularly during the pressure test. I was not instructed on where to look, nor was I informed about the puff of air beforehand, which made the experience unsettling.
