I wish I could give it zero stars!! my mortgage company sold my loan to this this horrible place and its been a nightmare ever since. They charge you to make your mortgage payments. The only way it's free is if you use automatic withdrawals!!! They also try and get you to refinance only to find out that they do not know what they are doing and you eventually lose money on the appraisal. Do not use this company!!!!!

Horrible customer service, not polite and not ethical. I reported unauthorized and unreasonable fees they are adding to my loan to FTC and FHA. They can't explain what those fees are for and still will not remove them.
