They will charge you for online and over phone payments. Customer service is always horrible. You have to hand write and then fax in a letter to dispute anything, you can't even to speak with an actual representative. Everything is made more complicated and I wish my home loan hadn't been sold to this company. Chase and Navy Fed are the way to go.
