Trash!!!!!!!!! Absolutely despicable mortgage company that doesn't have 2 brain cells to rub together. How when they take over for our previous mortgage company we never miss an AUTO payment and when they took over they said everything would transfer and be as is no additional work to be done by us. I have never experienced such great difficulty paying a mortgage. It has been a struggle every month since they began servicing my loan in March. I can’t pay by app and I can’t use pay using the website. When I call to make a payment by phone, the system tells me that the loan number (that is clearly listed on my statement) is not a valid loan number.

If it would let me write a review while clicking zero stars I would. The communication throughout the process was terrible. They were late processing everything and didn't get anything completed on time for closing while giving no indication that it wasn't going to close on time. I have worked with dozens of lenders and this was by far the worst experience I've had.

Very disappointed with Carrington Customer service. I was applying for mortgage assistance after losing my job. Had to do a call back and the person I talked to apparently cancelled my application instead of taking more information. I called someone back since something seemed off and didn’t make sense. Now they say I need to re-apply but the portal doesn’t even let me fill another application. This company is extremely unprofessional and has incompetent people working for them. Extremely frustrating.

I'm very disappointed in the customer service representation i receive by Carrington Mortgage Employee. The representative became very rude and argumentative when I requested to speak to a Manager. At the beginning of the call she stated she was recording the call and I informed her that I was recording the call as well. Later in the call she told me I couldn't record the call because it's a violation of their company policy.
