Horrible customer service, long wait times, rude customer service reps. Won't look to help you out or look out for the customer. I was FORCED to move over to this company and I regret it even being two months in.

Awful awful experience with them. They purchased my mortgage from another company. They wouldn't let me get set up to pay my mortgage until everything was finalized on their end, but the whole time I waited, they treated me like I just was choosing not to pay. Treated me like I was trying to get out of paying, when the entire holdup was on their end. Then when my home insurance was due, they just didn't pay the insurance premium for the year even though more than enough was in escrow. My home was uninsured for a week waiting... read more

Had issues with them not reporting to my credit bureau after they took over my original loan company. I then stupidly decided to use them for a second mortgage. They ran all my information through my madien name and then told me I didnt own my business because I had an assigned operator. I was promised multiple different days for closing and ended up costing me my 2nd home that I wanted to purchase.

Astonishingly terrible company. They bought our mortgage from another company, took over 45 days to review paperwork from them, sent me multiple notices of intent to foreclose, while I was up to date on payments, would transfer me to bankruptcy department, when I wasn't in a bankruptcy, terrible at answering questions, and "managers" are impossible to contact. I wouldn't reccomend this company to absolutely anyone. If they buy your mortgage, in my opinion, it would be better to sell the house, than to deal with them.
