I would give 0 stars if I could. My dad passed away and they bought his mortgage. My dad and I lived in two different states so when he passed away I had his neighbor collect the mail and send it to me from where he lived. I let his original mortgager know my dad had passed away and that I needed the info to assume the payments. Never heard anything no emails, mail, or calls. Mark Goshell, Sr Loan Officer, was a pleasure to work with. He is friendly and down to earth and explained the home equity loan opportunity of which I was interested. After discussing our current financial situation, it was apparent that this was not the right time to take out a new loan. I really appreciate Mark's straightforward, non-pushy, transparent approach which allowed me to see the bigger picture and the potential for revisiting the opportunity when our circumstances improved. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY. They do NOT HELP with anything. I have been with them for 7 years & not one late payment ever. I ask for help & no can do. Definitely gonna look elsewhere. Never will I ever stay with these company.
