WORST Mortgage Company ever! I didn’t choose them either; they bought my loan from my original lender. These people are so incompetent and unhelpful, and frankly stealing. I Found out they escrowed and have been charging me for a flood insurance that I already paid out of pocket to my flood insurance company 2 years in a row. This is the most incompetent lender I have ever worked with. Randomly they have forced me to mail in Certified check for random reasons. Yet again here I am trying to pay my mortgage with their app and it won’t let me… life for real, last time they actually lost a Certified check I sent them, luckily I had proof it was signed for by them. But again here I am, now I am going to have to spend hours on the phone till I can get to someone Competent tomorrow just so I can pay my damn Mortgage payment…. These people are useless.

Company took over my loan and absolutely ruined everything. The people were incompetent, they setup their business so the customer service reps are always reading from a script. Warning avoid this lender. If you miss 2 months they block you from being able to make a payment unless paid in full, and that's not the worst part. I missed payments because they took over my loan and didn't contact me for 2 months to give me instructions on how to start making payments. It was their fault and they punished me the customer. I'm infuriated. I've been a client for over a decade, making on-time payments with friendly calls. I have my account on autopay. What happens when their autopay has a glitch? They flag your credit report as a serious delinquent. I was just denied a loan and pulled my own report to see this nonsense. One of their auto payments had a glitch. I spoke to a rep around that time who told me it was no problem and that they fixed it. I asked specifically if this would hit my credit report. They said no. Shocker.

Website doesn't work, since my mortgage was transferred here I can't log on. I keep getting a password reset and error messages. I can no longer view my mortgage details and need to do everything over the phone. Customer service can't help. This is unacceptable.
