Every time I call I get a low budget ai that can't help. When I ask to speak to a person they just hang up the phone. Worst service ever.
Needed clarification concerning transfer process as well as assistance with setup of mobile app. The Carrington representative was outstanding in addressing and resolving all of my questions and concerns which put my mind at ease. Very satisfied.
Terrible service not just the location but even on the phone. All they do is try to rip you off.
Andrew Michael Ayres was very professional the experience I had with his understanding, patient's and know-how will leave me to seek him out next time I need another loan! Thank you Andrew
