☆☆☆☆ My experience with Carrington Mortgage Services has been extremely disappointing. After my mortgage transferred from Veterans United, Carrington processed four scheduled mortgage payments when only two should have been authorized. Three payments were withdrawn from my bank account on June 3, June 10, and June 15 before I caught the mistake. I would give them zero Stars if I could. My mother had a reverse mortgage with them and as soon as she passed away, they went to work to take this property from my siblings and I. They gave us 3 months to provide documents to them regarding her passing and in less than a month they started foreclosure proceedings. This was all a plot to take our mother's Legacy from us. I would recommend to never do business with this company!
