If your mortgage was sold to this company, get out now while you can. They will try and throw whatever fees they can at you at the drop of a hat. They should really be ashamed of themselves about the way they treat their customers, the people who are paying to keep them in business.
The worst mortgage experience I've ever had I truly wish I could give this company zero stars
Do not use these people , I have been with them 15 plus yrs , I refinanced was given a super high interest . Then the new loan came with a negative escrow from day one Of refinance. Didn't find out till my fixed payment went up 250 dollars . For a yr I have not been able to log in on the app . This is why there was a class action law suit . The these jerks call me to refinance, promising a lower rate . My credit was just as good lats time thieves and liars
Absolutely the worst customer service from a mortgage servicing company since I have owned my house for 15 years!!!! Do not finance a gold fish with these people!
