I have been working a loan trying to obtain a Clear-to-Close. Underwriters normally are not available for conversation; however, Heather Latour assisted in obtaining several management approvals that lead to the CTC. If Heather is willing work this hard on this loan, I am moving my existing loans to Carrington and the next 5 loans as well. This loan has been extremely trying, but Heather has been a blessing. Refinance started out well but then after I signed all the closing document paperwork, I received an email from some random person asking me to sign some other documents. No explanation, no info. I thought it was a scam at first because the email had the name spelled incorrectly and the phone number was missing digits (sender's name and contact info at the end of the email) then when I asked what I was signing, I was given no information at all. A huge huge shout out goes to Sarah Earls and Britany Carter for being the absolute best at what they do. Very professional excellent customer service. We were treated like family from start to finish. Thank you guys so much for all that you do. I’ll sign your commissions check myself. Lol
