Spencer Greenidge is horrible at his job. Does not respond to emails or provide proper instructions in emails for what you are supposed to do. Also refuses to address me by the correct gender even though I have corrected him. I was born female and I use she/they pronouns, yet every email I receive is addressed to "Mr. mylastname".
Jessica was the greatest help anyone could ask for. She walked me through the whole process and was very respectful, and polite. One of the best customer service reps. I have had to deal with. I work in a shipping department and deal with customer service all around the globe and Jessica by far was one of the best I have felt with. Thank you for having her in your team, I believe she will be a great asset to your team for a long time. Thank you
