This place is so Antiquated and their customer service is the worst! They make you go through so many Hoops just to resolve any minor issues! I hate that my mortgage was sold here.

For years, I have paid my mortgage on time. Nationwide sold my loan to these people. I am very disappointed. What the hell is this $343 monthly interest fee if they receive a payment after the 1st of the month?? Carrington is making it so people lose their homes. They had me refinance. Nobody there communicates with each other. I have several people calling me for the same documents. My mortgage was transferred to Carrington Mortgage last year. I made an extra payment that I wanted applied to the principle. Ultimately, they have erroneously applied TWO payments to principle and have not fixed it, per the FOUR times I have called to make this request. Now, it appears as though I am late. I am a MILITARY SERVICE MEMBER and good credit is imperative to me maintaining my security clearance. Of course, Carrington Mortgage has NO customer service hours over the weekend.
