This company doesn't even deserve 1 star they lie and don't ever know what is actually going on with your file we have had to get multiple extentions because of their lax approach and are now almost a month past our original closing date and our file still isn't in underwriting, this is the most stressful and overwhelming process we have even been through, if I could afford to cancel my contract and find a new lender I would.
