Carrington Lane Home Apartments, like all rentals, has the good and the bad and things in between. I have lived here for one year and will not be renewing my lease due to the increase in rent which I as a retired person, cannot sustain. All apartments in Florida have gone up 22%-30% since January 2022, this is not unique to Carrington Lane.
