We contracted with this builder and it’s been a nightmare from start to finish. They are very unprofessional from the head guy to the subcontractors. Nobody wants to standby their work or materials used. They will not give you timing on completion, they make you go to four or five suppliers to find materials for the job and then they make you deal with the suppliers when there’s something wrong and they will not force the subs to stand behind their work. Beautiful homes. We bought one - had it built about 5 years ago. Mark and Maureen were the sales folks. Maureen is now enjoying her retirement. Kristi took her place. Carrington is one of the easiest builders to work with and make changes without having to pay for every little change or being told you can't make any changes mid stream. Some builders won't allow changes. We didn't have any major issues. With any builder you just have to make sure that you maintain a free flowing dialogue. I have about 30 feet of ceramic tile floor cracking. Dozens of phone calls to local warranty Interior Logic has not resulted in any communication to repair.. I have the tile and grout. Someone did come out to look at the cracks -= but no follow up. No return calls from Carrington either
Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions. Model was beautiful!
