I'm a New Patient and i feel very welcome. All the staff are nice.
From the minute someone answeres the telephone when you call to make an appointment it's just high customer service. I always get reminders days before my appointment right up to about an hour of my appointments. The receptionists are very courteous and polite, there is no long wait after your arrival. I met Dr. Kelsey as my dentist and she's very nice. I'm always anxious when going to the dentist but she helps me to feel calm. Every employee that I come across had made me feel welcome. Their service is excellent! The reception staff are very friendly, and the Korean dental assistant was extremely caring. Dr. Wong is especially professional. This clinic is also very honest — they won’t overcharge or waste your time, especially if you are a CDCP customer.
First class+ service and customer care. I’m disabled and they made sure to walk me to my vehicle…top notch!
