The apartment building requires an on site manager for daily maintenance and the property is now run down. such a shame as this was once an amazing holiday apartment when managed correctly with on site managers. #carringtoncourt Terrible Neglected condition / Neglected. This building is Hopefully going to be under renovations soon due to safety of concrete falling off the building. The building is run down and NO ON- SITE MANAGER 1/10 1 out of 10 Rating

We stayed in an apartment booked via AirBnB. On the 25th Sept, I went down to the Manager and asked where in the local area could we park a second car for 1 night, as we only had 1 space with our apartment. He was extremely unhelpful and rude, and said he didn't know and had nothing to do with AirBnB. I explained I was happy to park offsite somewhere and was looking for a recommendation for somewhere secure, to which his response was a big shoulder shrug and "what do you want me to do, pull a parking space out of .....". Great welcoming experience, The apartments are clean & functional with a smart use of the space. The kids loved it also. Loved the ocean views during sunrise.

Please avoid this place! I booked there for a weekend next yr, booked very early as not to miss out! I have a confirmation letter with dates/ price etc- didn't pay as I was told not to- until 3 days prior- their policy. Just received an email stating they have cancelled- but they don't have anymore rooms available! This is not right! So unfair! The man had promised me there would be no issues! NOT HAPPY!! 😒 😡
