We stayed in an apartment booked via AirBnB. On the 25th Sept, I went down to the Manager and asked where in the local area could we park a second car for 1 night, as we only had 1 space with our apartment. He was extremely unhelpful and rude, and said he didn't know and had nothing to do with AirBnB. I explained I was happy to park offsite somewhere and was looking for a recommendation for somewhere secure, to which his response was a big shoulder shrug and "what do you want me to do, pull a parking space out of .....". Great welcoming experience, The apartments are clean & functional with a smart use of the space. The kids loved it also. Loved the ocean views during sunrise.

Please avoid this place! I booked there for a weekend next yr, booked very early as not to miss out! I have a confirmation letter with dates/ price etc- didn't pay as I was told not to- until 3 days prior- their policy. Just received an email stating they have cancelled- but they don't have anymore rooms available! This is not right! So unfair! The man had promised me there would be no issues! NOT HAPPY!! 😒 😡

We are semi retired and holiday often. With the difficulties flying interstate and overseas we are tending to stay local and holiday on the Gold and Sunshine Coasts. This place is however off our list of places to consider given the service, lack of response to my email and the response they provided to my son and daughter-in-law when they had to cancel at the last minute due to a seriously ill baby. Several attempts were made to contact the manager prior to checkin but he conveniently ignored all attempts. I got NO response... read more

If it was possible to rate this place 0 stars I would. My family and I were unable to make our booking at the last minute due to our 4 month old baby becoming seriously ill, requiring hospitalisation. Attempts were made to text, call and email the office to explain our circumstances, but no response was received. We were charged the full fee without staying there. When my baby was out of hospital and I was able to speak to "David" at Carrington Court regarding some kind of credit or refund, I was met with a heartless respons... read more
