Friends visiting from Melbourne for a week on the Goldie. They Could not believe the state of disrepair on the eternal of the building. Shocked at the obvious neglect by management in disregard to repairs, maintenance and painting required. No on site manager. Great location shame about all the construction noise. Building requires painting Immediately. Dean

Carrington Court is where I visited my son who lives in this building. They clean the communal areas every day so they are spotlessly clean. The lifts are well maintained and the Pool area is cleaned and tidy. Tennis Courts are lovely, Sauna and Gym facilities are great. For disposal of rubbish you have a Rubbish shute to get rid of your waste. It is an older looking building with lovely gardens. The apartment building requires an on site manager for daily maintenance and the property is now run down. such a shame as this was once an amazing holiday apartment when managed correctly with on site managers. #carringtoncourt Terrible Neglected condition / Neglected. This building is Hopefully going to be under renovations soon due to safety of concrete falling off the building. The building is run down and NO ON- SITE MANAGER 1/10 1 out of 10 Rating

We stayed in an apartment booked via AirBnB. On the 25th Sept, I went down to the Manager and asked where in the local area could we park a second car for 1 night, as we only had 1 space with our apartment. He was extremely unhelpful and rude, and said he didn't know and had nothing to do with AirBnB. I explained I was happy to park offsite somewhere and was looking for a recommendation for somewhere secure, to which his response was a big shoulder shrug and "what do you want me to do, pull a parking space out of .....".
