Serpentine belt broke and he replaced it quickly and very reasonably priced. Very respectful and I would bring my vehicle to this auto shop anytime I need services. My engine had coolant leaked into it and it messed my engine up. He replaced my engine and my car is running again normal. I'm so happy, he truly does a great job. My car is a 2009 Ford Taurus SEL and I'm certain I'll be able to keep her rolling another year or two if not longer. There was 282k miles before she gave up on me.
