I had previously received a quote from Lowe’s for a backsplash, when they came out to measure there were no suggestions or anything other than just measured and left, the quote was higher than I expected and was very dissatisfied with having to stay on hold and hit the right options just to speak to someone. Horrible experience and service, called to get a shower consult. Scheduled it for 1pm. I was in my car in my drive way at 12:57 finished a call at 1:02 then called the receptionist to see where Joe the owner was since they were supposed to be at my house at 1pm. They apparently confused my appointment day and time with some one else’s. Yet, the receptionist told me he had a 1pm some where else and he would be at my house at 2 pm today.
