This is the third time I have used Carrillo Tile for a project. It was a complete remodel of my master bathroom. From the selection of material, to demo, to install, and completion everyone involved in the project was professional and extremely skillful. The communication from the office was stellar. A special shoutout to Manuel who installed the tile, his artistry and craftmanship is outstanding.
Professionalism from start to finish. Communicate and flexible staff, knowledgeable and exacting installers, and so detail oriented! It's not unusual to have things go wrong in a project, and they recognize this and use their integrity and expertise to make it successful. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Outstanding quality of products, installation, and customer service. The saltillo was centered in each space. Repairs in the kitchen were nearly seamless once the sealant was applied. Highly recommended.
The crew at Carrillo Tile did a fabulous job converting a large tub and shower to a walk in shower. The appearance and workmanship is 5 star!! Thanks to Joe, Linda and the entire crew at Carrillo Tile for working with us on a tight schedule.
Carrillo Tile tiled our bathroom several years ago and did an amazing job transforming the space. We were so happy with the work that we had them re-tile our kitchen and another bathroom. Good people, skilled, and they pay attention to detail.
From the first phone call until the finishing detail, the team at Carrillo Tile was superb. The owner, office staff, demolition team, creative and diligent tile installer, and final grab-bar installer all worked hard to produce a wonderful walk-in shower. This was made sweeter by it ending a 5-month nightmare caused by a previous installer overstating his skill and under-delivering sub-par, damaged results which he refused to fix.
