Unfortunately, I have had a very disappointing experience with Carillo P&D. They put in retrofit windows in a stucco home just before we purchased it. Not long after we moved in it rained and there were obvious leaks from many of the windows. The leaking was so bad that an entire wall became warped and a moisture meter read 100% more than a month later (basically it was soaked inside the wall).
