probably the most annoying incompetent office staff i have ever encountered. never answers phone, never returns calls. the Worst!!!

Dr. Ignacio, helped with my medical condition. He reassured me that he will help with my medication condition and he came through.
The doctor was extremely thorough in his assessment, asked many questions, and thoroughly reviewed my medication list. I appreciate that. Thanks, doctor! Losing two stars because it was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment. I spent a whole day every hour trying to see if someone would pick up.
I would give him and his staff a zero, if I could. Awful experience, hard time getting reports to my doctor after a visit to the ER. I would never choose to see this doctor.
