These dudes are absolutely clutch! We rolled in at 7pm on Saturday (after hours) with a boat trailer axle that was grinding metal on metal. We weren’t going anywhere. Out of desperation and luck, we happened to approach Carillo Bros and Julian was clearly slammed, working on a big diesel engine project. But he graciously offered to take a look at our damaged trailer hub/spindle. Four hours of work later he had us patched up and back on the road. Literally saved us when we started experiencing a tire wobble between Wells and Wendover at 7pm; every single auto repair place on the way was closed but Carrillo. Without them we would have been stranded in 109 degree heat (or worse). No nonsense and very efficient!!
I had to come here after hours to get a new tire after a blow out on i-80 & this team was amazing. They were fast & very affordable, highly recommend them for any vehicle needs in Wendover!
I don’t have anything bad to say about Carillo Brothers. We were traveling cross country to Tennessee and we lost the transfer case just east of Wells NV on a Friday late afternoon. I panicked a little bit and made the mistake of calling Triple A for a tow into Wendover which is where our stop was planned for anyway. I should have just called Carillo Brothers directly because they do a lot of their own towing. Truck had aftertreatment problem, power and speed was limited. They performed a forced regen, came out really fast, has a decent price knowing that there is not a lot of option. So I really recommend them, great and fast service!!!
