I went in for a a tire change, came out with a replaced tire hose, valve stem, and a few other up charges that totaled my amount to 605.13, I just asked for a tire change nothing else was recommended or told to me, they just went up and did things without my approval or consent. Originally I was told 75 for labor fee and 310 for tire i was expecting to pay no more than 450
Dishonest with the pricing. They didn't ask us before putting extra stuff and everything was over charged. $14.61 for a card transaction. Everything else was also over charged.
I need to shout out Julian. My hero. We are moving across a few states pulling a uhaul. One of the tires blew, Julian came out 50 miles to us. Repaired it. He also looked at our other tires and saw another problem with one of them. Said we wouldn't have made it 50 miles before that one blew. He replaced it with the extra spare he brought because he is a king. Made this stressful time a lot better. Thank you king Julian!
Our fire truck broke down and they got us fixed up and on the road in 24 hours. These guys are phenomenal. Highly recommend.
