I was crazy scared because we had a tire go out heading to into wendover. It was Saturday morning the 13th of September and you've probably seen the movies where the horror story they charge you $800 for a tire. To mount and install this tire was $150. Such a fair price when there's other businesses in the area. I would trust these guys with my kids
We had an issue getting ready to head back to Utah Labor Day morning. They were open, friendly and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes. He was just sending us on our way but I wouldn't leave without paying him for an hours work. Saved our day. Love them!
Our family vehicle had suddenly developed some kind of wobble while driving on the interstate; got off the road for the night and found Carillo Brothers was practically next door. The next morning, despite it being Labor Day, they were hard at work starting at 9:00am, with a couple of appointments first thing. I have leaking drive axle seal, there's not a lot of option in this area so I go to Carrilo Bro. to fix it, I ask lady at register about price she tell me roughly 350 (labor 195, seal 100, oil and tax 50) i say ok let's do that, at process we figure out that I need new brake pads because my was very greasy and I ask to change seal and brake pads on other side too, just want to be sure that this axle is fully serviced, so in my head math works very simple if she told me 350 roughly for one side two sides will be 700-800$ plus... read more
Poor communication: - Promised to call me to coordinate a service call and didn’t follow through. - Promised to notify me when my ordered tire came in so I could get a repair, didn’t call, I had to call back later to follow up. Misquotes: Quoted me $150 for a service call, plus $150 for being a on a dirt road. When I told them I’d bring the tire onto the paved road, they increased the service call to $250.
