We had a couple issues with a leaking faucet and a leaking disposal over the last few months. Both times Lorn came out to do the service call. He is a great, personable guy and works quickly and efficiently! Carrigan is always on time with service call schedule, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend their services and were so happy both times they came out!

Good luck using this company! They were asked through my home warranty company to come and deal with a with a plumbing issue at my property. Instead of her sending the plumber, the woman who called me started trying to explain how to work the faucet over the phone. I explicitly explained to her that I would still prefer to have someone to come out to address the issues. Instead of addressing the issues, she hung up in my face! I've had great service again from Carrigan Brothers. The office staff are very professional and helpful and they sent out one of their plumbers, Cesar who installed a laundry room sink and did a great job. All service I've had from them has been excellent.

This company have the worst customer service in the history of customer service.. so I called just to find out if I would hire them to do some plumbing work on my house because they where the one how did the plumbing on my home when it was being built… this lady answers the phone as if I was sleeping with her husband.. I had to look twice on the number because I would not believe I wa calling a business.
