Poor excuse for an attorney!! Anderson took on a case they were not versed on. We wasted 10 months with lies and nothing being done. Anderson lied saying we refused to get repairs or take settlement. We never knew, then said he likes to do these offers verbally?? Needless they NO LONGER represent our case. Most of our file returned to us was from us doing the leg work. Glad we have counsel that know construction law. If it is NOT in writing IT never happened. Law 101.
