My friend and I started this program on April 1st and are both down roughly 40lbs each. Carrie and Kayla have been a huge part of our success. I can’t say enough great things about Carrie and her program! First and foremost it works! I’ve lost 63 pounds in 7 months. I’ve completed 2 of the phase one and I’ve been able to maintain the weight loss. Carrie is so knowledgeable, kind, and encouraging. Try this program. You won’t regret it!

Carrie’s program works for me because I need the structure and the ongoing education. She provided the scientific information that made sense and aligned with the method I wanted to lose weight and get to meet my health goals. The daily accountability and coaching were the golden key for my success. I have lost 37 lbs on Phase 1 and just completed Phase 2. I am not yet at my destination, but I’m so glad I found Carrie!
