Incredibly knowledgeable, totally non-judgmental environment.
This place is awesome! The staff is open, fun, and are always helpful. I came to Kalamazoo last summer and was looking for another gym, and this place is FAR FROM just being another gym. The classes are fun and very different from the norm of routine classes. The instructors are caring and inclusive. I really do enjoy environment and atmosphere that is at Firehouse Fitness Spot of Kalamazoo.
