We have been using Carrie's Cleaning for almost 10 years and have NEVER been disappointed. I work from home and get to see them in action every two weeks and they get the job done. Previous review mentioned rugs not being put away...yep! They do that since they clean the floors last and the floors are usually still wet when they leave. Carrie and Steve are not only great cleaners, they are just simply great people. 5 stars without hesitation.
Cleaning was okay, nothing special and on one occasion I couldn't tell they came. They don't put back items removed or rugs they move. Scheduling is very inconsistent, cleaning was inconsistent and time spent cleaning was inconsistent, but pay stayed the same. I wasn't okay expecting and paying for 2 hours of cleaning but they leave after 1.5 hours or sooner and aren't finished to my standards or expectations.
