Mannnn, I cannot believe the service I got here at MCT yesterday. PHE-NOMINAL. So a week ago, I started having issues with my carrier APU. I called MCT, and talked to a tech named Joe, who told me that there was an air bubble in my fuel line, thus making my APU continually shut down. BUT, The next day, my APU ran fine. The day after that, back to its old shutting down and restarting, and giving me check APU engine codes. Seriously, they charged my company $750 for 30 minutes of super easy work? They just swapped out a tiny wire connector (They didn't even ask me if I want to replace it) for $268 plus tax! And then the air and fuel filters with copper O-rings. That's it, 750 bucks!
They got me in service the reefer under a load pretty quick within an hour and a half
