I had an excellent experience at Carrier Transicold of Southern California. The whole team was outstanding — Hugo Vazquez, the Service Manager, made sure everything went smoothly and kept me updated throughout the process. Frank Pineda, the technician, did a top-notch job and got my unit running perfectly. Two years ago, I had an APU installed on my Freightliner Cascadia by a different Carrier service Ever since then, I’ve had constant issues — multiple hose and cable failures left me stranded on the road, and the system never properly heated or cooled. I even broke down three times in the mountains of California due to coolant bursts.
