I had an excellent experience at Carrier Transicold of Southern California. The whole team was outstanding — Hugo Vazquez, the Service Manager, made sure everything went smoothly and kept me updated throughout the process. Frank Pineda, the technician, did a top-notch job and got my unit running perfectly. And Jessica Beltran, the Service Coordinator, was friendly, efficient, and got me scheduled and checked in right away. They had me in and out faster than expected.
