Horrible lies about parts not coming in. Called Carrier directly on my situation and was a complete lie.
These guys were awesome! I didn't get their names unfortunately. They got straight to work, did everything they needed and cleaned up after and vacuumed my futon in the garage! Super amazing service! Thanks from the hippie mom of 2 crazy babies.
