Carrier installed my new furnace after the old one died during a cold snap. They were extremely prompt and professional and the installers Adam and Dustin took extra care when entering the house and working so as not to make a mess. The furnace is a huge improvement from the old one from 1980 Thanks very much Carrier for making a cold situation as hot as possible 🫣
Had a small gas leak in the connection under a newly installed cooktop. A Carrier plumber came out and redid the connections and triple checked them. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I feel much safer now and will sleep better knowing a professional has looked into my issue.
Carrier Plumbing and Heating is the bomb! The boiler at my shop was leaking water all over. It's the start of winter... It's cold out, and trying to get a gas fitter or a plumber is near impossible. I started phoning around and no one was available. Carrier too was booked solid, however Dustin was extremely helpful! He asked me to take a video of what was happening, and he soon isolated the problem and talked me through how to temporarily stop the leak. Panic and emergency solved! Had to get the house main water shut off replaced and adjust the pressure. An appointment had to be made so they could coordinate with the city. The process was quick and efficient. We are loving the results.
