I really appreciated their honesty and clear explanations—no upselling, just straightforward and trustworthy service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future plumbing or heating needs. They listened to our concerns , offered sound assistance. Our very old Dru fireplace had exhibited significant issues after the replacement of our gas meter . It’s a b vent . We thought we could just replace the fireplace and use existing venting . We stopped in before purchase to seek advice about install . Aghast to realize we would need to add all new venting .. quested approx extra cost of 3900.00 .
