I called for an auto insurance quote & not only was the woman on the other end rude, but had the gall to argue with me about what kind of coverage I was looking for. I ended up hanging up on her & went with Progressive online. Horrible customer service.
Almost 20 years ago after we were dropped by American Family as high risk; we should have called in sick instead of getting our cars hailed on; a friend sent me to talk with Randy and his team. Best advice ever. We have moved, bought and sold houses, cars and cabins always with great timely support. Now they are helping our grandchildren. If you want a company that you matter to this is the one for you.
