If I could give 0 stars I would. On hold for over hour and a half and no one answers. How can you run a business like this ?
No one picks up the phone.
As a company the ball has been dropped. Last year nothing is ever in stock . It's supposed to be a supply house, meaning you have the supply . Not ordering it from the US when someone calls. It's actually embarrassing how bad it's gotten. Can't get anyone on the phone not that it matters anyways cause they dont have anything. Have been converting parts over to keeprite part numbers and using other places. People cant wait months for parts .
Counter guys are great when you can get a hold of someone. No one answers the phones here.
