As a company the ball has been dropped. Last year nothing is ever in stock . It's supposed to be a supply house, meaning you have the supply . Not ordering it from the US when someone calls. It's actually embarrassing how bad it's gotten. Can't get anyone on the phone not that it matters anyways cause they dont have anything. Have been converting parts over to keeprite part numbers and using other places. People cant wait months for parts .
Short staffed. Crew they have are fantastic but not enough of them
Easy to deal with and had my part in stock.
No one ever picks up the phone when I call. Impossible to find an air filter for my furnace. No one carries it, no one can seem to help me.
