I have a carrier furnace which is under warranty. The secondary heat exchanger needs to be replaced. No one is replacing it without charging over 1000 dollars. In other words buy a new furnace dont claim warranty. Even when carrier on its website is saying that 4 hours or labour is included in warranty. But no one is able to do it in that time essentially making this whole warranty thing look like a scam
People very helpful and friendly. I give 5 stars because they always look out for customers. Look for Anthony Bocci and he the best.
