Very professional team and very reliable
This company can take a lesson or two on customer service from other HVAC businesses like Noble, Master and Brafasco in Ottawa. Marshall Gogo was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. He hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation and ignored future calls. His professional demeanor talks more about the company's values (and his upbringing). I understand that as a business Carrier Enterprise Canada LP prefers to deal directly with contractors, but being impolite to regular homeowners is just not necessary.... read more
