I’d give them 10 stars, tried to change the battery myself no big deal, but couldn’t get the positive cable off, who ever installed it previously damaged it, stopped at the carrier and explained what I was doing and needed their help, I can’t remember the technician name who got right on it, had to cut off the positive post, replaced the battery, adjusted the belts and did a check on everything, in and out 2 hours, made my pickups in Oxnard on time, great customer service, the technician who was awesome, price was reasonable... read more
Time of working hour is incorrect it says 7am-7pm manager doesn’t arrive until 8am.. and I can’t pick up my trailer because manager is not present…
