One of the better service providers I've dealt with over the years.
My first Bryant heat pump system lasted 14 years and I replaced it with a similar 4 ton system in October 2024 for $9250. The dealer installed it very well but showed me a large defect in the coil fins on the interior which looked like a vertical tear spanning multiple tubes stripped of the aluminum sleeve and showing the underlying copper. Carrier investigated and provided a case # but ultimately would not offer any additional warranty or discount, only saying that it is "cosmetic".
