I have equipment which is less than a year old... The motor failed, and I can't get the replacement part even under a five-year warranty. Customer service reference to the partner network, and partners don't want to exchange a defective motor under warranty, and they want to charge me almost the same amount for the new unit for diagnostic and replacement...
