Warning- Avoid purchasing Carrier air conditioner. We think it is very old and big company in the industry but they don’t provide warranty. It’s been 6 months for me since December 2024 to get warranty for faulty ducted air conditioner. Their subcontractors and customer service team don’t care about their customers. Avoid it at any cost. It will fill your life with anxiety after spending so much money.
Proven years of providing Airconditioning units from the early days in Australia from the beginning of r 22 package units which some are still in service , air cooled chillers, water cooled chillers box room Airconditioning that need it a most of the wall from late 1970s to mid 1980s, still many in service . Trusted brand reliable good for facilities maintenance managers as the new units have a wonderful touch screen to monitor including bms monitoring.

We installed 3 split systems at home, one of which stopped working completely in October last year, still well within warranty. Got in touch with original installer, and have been hand balled to several contractors now. They said a leak and then needed to order parts.
