We installed 3 split systems at home, one of which stopped working completely in October last year, still well within warranty. Got in touch with original installer, and have been hand balled to several contractors now. They said a leak and then needed to order parts. Finally, after MONTHS, and numerous visits, this morning we were meant to get the spare part fixed. The contractors arrived and said Carrier sent them the wrong part!
