Don't use carrier. The staff are completely usless and the units themselves are of such poor quality. I'd never use them again.
Workplace Tea Room - Carrier Airconditioner Broke Down in November 2021. Still under Warranty - Carrier sent wrong part in JANUARY 2022 - Technician in Townsville told me it was the last Straw as he had been sent incorrect parts for multiple customers - he will no longer service Carrier Airconditioners. We are still waiting for the part in April with NO COMMUNICATION from Carrier at all. They cannot be contacted. DO NOT TOUCH Carrier Air Conditioners. a second one has now broken down in the office complex as well.
