If you are a technician trying to get tech support don't even bother with this company every single one of there lines don't work, no longer will i recommended toshiba or carrier to my customers waste of time. they've lost a lot of money for a big client that is for sure
Not helpful at all Got the run around and no real help with out split system problem
We had a system installed in our new home less than 2 years ago and it has stopped working. Great difficulty actually locating someone to fix it and had a man out 1 week ago who said he would provide details to the "actual" warranty people (different business). 1 week later and I phoned the "actual warranty business" and was told they can only do their best and someone would scheduled to investigate the problem (again) later this week. I am experiencing the worst service with Carrier, my Aircon has been breakdown for over 4 months, the service guy is saying that he is still waiting on the spare parts. Spare parts to come from overseas took me over than 4 months yet the Aircon is still breakdown. I contacted Carrier several times and they can't acknowledge their fault or give any explanation. I don't recommend them at all, their service is the worst you could have, the product quality is not too great, it is below the average. Aircon doesn't last long and w... read more
