I had a smooth experience with the HVAC service. Communication was clear, the technician was punctual, and the work was handled professionally.
I decided to write this review because the technician methodically dismantled and repaired our ventilated ceiling over four hours, identifying a structural issue others had missed. While it took longer than expected, the thoroughness was appreciated, and the problem hasn't reoccurred since.
System working again, thanks to them.
I was initially concerned that a vent cleaning might not address the persistent dust buildup, but the technician explained the clogged filters and took about an hour to thoroughly clean them. His detailed approach seems to have resolved the issue for now.
Our new heating system was expertly installed, and the technicians were both efficient and friendly throughout the process.
