3/14/2024 Beware of Carrier We are in Sun City Center Florida. Shortly after buying this house we had new HVAC unit installed. That was 3 years ago. A heat pump and air handler combo from Carrier. Installed by Caldeco. Told it was a good brand and good unit. It was not the top of line but not the cheapest either. This Carrier unit has had problems from the beginning. We have had about a dozen service calls. It seems like 50 but 12 is about right. One service call was a clogged drain which was on me. I learned Florida require... read more
