I wish I could give this woman less than one star. As a MD, she demonstrates poor knowledge in regards to how different classes of medications work. I went in for a prescription refill, as instructed by my doctor’s office to go to the ER. She’s asking me why on Earth am I not okay with taking a break from a schedule II I’ve had a valid prescription for from a primary that works for the same affiliated care facility. Literally the best Doctor I’ve ever had at Mount Saint Mary’s ER. Carrie Vargo, MD was caring, informative, and attentive. She heard my concerns, about having too many CT scans in the past. She did everything to evaluate me, and ensure everything was covered before agreeing an unnecessary CT wasn’t needed. This never happens. I always feel dismissed when it comes to any radiation over testing concerns. Not with Carrie Vargo, MD.
