I had never been in therapy before and was nervous to try it. Dr. Schaffer made it easy for me to relax and talk. I found our time very helpful and her insight to be helpful. I have overcome many issues with her and we continue to work on others.
Dr. Schaffer helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I found her to be a great listener and able to help me get down to the real problems. She is kind and generous with her time and was even available during off hours when I was having a difficult time.
