Dr Palatnick, you need to address your rude and completely out of line receptionist working for you. My partner called asking some general questions and left the conversation crying. This is completely inappropriate.
Dr. Palatnick is wonderful, undisputed. As long as you can get in past the firewall she has as a receptionist. You know the one? Nothing of importance in their personal life so abuses her limited power at the workplace? I Don't often have anyone raise their voice at me during a general phone conversation but there she was.... Loved, loved, saying the word 'No'. The Dr? Awesome! Receptionist, wants nothing to do with health. Good luck.
